Budget Caps
Configurable spend limits.
Every plan includes a monthly budget cap from $1 to unlimited. Hard cutoff is the default; soft warning keeps usage running with alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100%.

Taxes & Availability
Worldwide access, region-aware storage.
Prices are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout based on billing address and handled by Stripe or Microsoft Marketplace.
Direct signup is available where Stripe operates. Azure Marketplace customers can use Azure subscription billing and eligible Azure credits.
Email support runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays. The API operates independently of support hours.

Service availability
Qortara Cloud Governance is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Service availability depends on the underlying Azure infrastructure in our hosted stack. Azure publishes a Service Level Agreement for each service; the composite availability of our hosted offering is bounded by those Azure terms.
Qortara does not provide an independent uptime guarantee at any published tier. Application-layer outages caused by Qortara-specific issues (deployments, configuration changes, in-app defects) are remediated on a best-effort basis. Negotiated MSA or SOW terms supersede this published statement for contracted customers. Reference: Microsoft Azure Service Level Agreements.
Service provided as-is
Qortara is in active pre-launch development. The Service is provided on an as-is, best-effort basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features and pricing may change.

Common pricing questions.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. All plans, including Developer, require a card on file. Developer is $0/month; you pay only for metered usage when you use Qortara's online capabilities.
Can I use Azure credits to pay?
Yes. If you sign up through Azure Marketplace, eligible Azure credits can apply to Qortara purchases, including plan fees and metered usage.
What counts as an active agent?
An agent is active if it has made at least one policy evaluation in the past 24 hours. Inactive agents do not count toward your volume discount bracket.
What happens if I exceed my budget cap?
By default, new policy evaluations pause and cached policies continue serving your agents. You can raise the cap or switch to soft warning mode from the dashboard.
Where is my data stored?
Developer data is stored in the US. Professional, Team, and Business customers choose US or EU at signup. Enterprise customers can request custom residency.
When is support available?
Email support is provided Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays. Enterprise customers can add 24/7 coverage.
